This Privacy Policy explains what information may be processed when you visit https://wealthpast.com/, use its pages and calculators, interact with its content, use the Contact page, or manage your cookie preferences.
Information you provide
If the Contact Us form is available on the Contact page and you submit it, we may receive your name, email address, and message. We use this information to respond to your inquiry, correction request, story suggestion, media inquiry, or business communication. Messages are directed to contact@wealthpast.com and may be retained in the email and site-administration systems used to manage the inquiry.
Please do not submit passwords, payment details, identity documents, private investment information, or other sensitive personal information through the Contact page. If such information is submitted unintentionally, we will seek to delete it securely as soon as reasonably practicable.
A newsletter is planned for the future but is not an active subscriber-collection service at the time of this update. If a newsletter is launched, the relevant consent, unsubscribe, provider, and retention information will be added to this policy before addresses are collected.
Information collected automatically
When you visit WealthPast, the site and its hosting, security, performance, consent, analytics, and advertising tools may process technical information such as IP address, browser and device information, requested pages, referring pages, timestamps, approximate location derived from an IP address, and cookie or consent choices. The exact information depends on the page, your browser, your settings, and the services that are active at the time.
WealthPast also uses WordPress, the Blocksy theme, CookieAdmin/CookieAdmin Pro, SpeedyCache, FormLayer, ShareMyPost, SocialFeeds, and Google Site Kit as part of its site operation. Some of these tools provide site functionality, security, performance, forms, content sharing, or administration rather than independent analytics.
Google Analytics and Google advertising services
WealthPast uses or configures Google Analytics and Google advertising services. Public site resources currently include a Google tag associated with GT-5MJK5VNF and Google advertising code associated with ca-pub-6698329737776757. These services may process technical, device, usage, identifier, event, consent, and advertising-related information according to their configuration and your choices.
The availability of advertisements, personalized advertising, measurement features, or Google Ads approval may depend on Google account settings, regional requirements, and consent. We do not describe every possible Google cookie as being set on every visit. Google service behavior and retention settings may change, and this policy will be updated when the products, purposes, account configuration, or consent behavior materially changes.

Cookies and similar technologies
WealthPast uses CookieAdmin/CookieAdmin Pro to present cookie choices and manage consent. The consent interface currently provides options to Customize, Reject All, Accept All, and save preferences. You can revisit your choices through the available re-consent control.
The currently identified first-party consent cookie is cookieadmin_consent, used to store the selected consent state. CookieAdmin currently displays a 365-day duration for this consent record. Other cookies or similar technologies may be set by WordPress, Google, or another active service depending on your interaction, browser, and the site configuration. The Cookie Policy provides the current category-level description and will be updated when a confirmed vendor or cookie inventory changes.
How we use information
We may use information to operate and secure the blog; provide pages, calculators, forms, and content; respond to messages; detect abuse; maintain performance; understand site usage through Google Analytics; support advertising and measurement through Google advertising services; remember cookie choices; and comply with legal or security requirements where applicable.
We do not sell your Contact message to third parties. We do not ask visitors to submit financial account credentials, payment card information, or private investment instructions.
Legal basis and consent choices
Depending on the law that applies to you and the processing involved, WealthPast may rely on the necessity of operating and securing the site, responding to a request you send, legitimate interests that do not override your rights, consent for optional analytics or advertising, or a legal obligation. The appropriate basis can vary by jurisdiction and purpose.
Optional analytics and advertising choices are managed through CookieAdmin where applicable. Google Consent Mode v2 is enabled in the current CookieAdmin configuration. Cookie choices are separate from this Privacy Policy, and changing a browser setting may also affect site functionality.
Sharing and service providers
Information may be processed by service providers that support hosting, security, performance, consent management, email delivery, forms, content sharing, analytics, advertising, or site administration. The current technical stack includes WordPress/hosting, CookieAdmin, SpeedyCache, FormLayer, ShareMyPost, SocialFeeds, Google Site Kit, Google Analytics/Google tag, and Google advertising services. We share only what is reasonably needed for the relevant purpose and subject to the provider’s configuration.
Some providers may process information in countries other than the country where you live. Where applicable, transfers are handled using the safeguards or contractual mechanisms required by the relevant law and provider terms.
Retention
We use the following operational retention schedule unless a shorter period is appropriate or a documented legal, security, or dispute-related reason requires a longer period:

We may delete or anonymize information earlier when it is no longer needed. A limited copy may be retained for a documented security incident, legal claim, legal obligation, abuse prevention, or recovery requirement. Retention periods are operational targets, not universal legal deadlines, and are reviewed when the site or applicable requirements change.
Your rights and privacy requests
Depending on the law that applies to you, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, deletion of, restriction of, or portability of your personal information, or to object to certain processing. You may also withdraw optional cookie consent through the available re-consent control.
Send a privacy request to contact@wealthpast.com. Please provide enough information for us to understand and verify the request. We may need to verify identity and may apply lawful exceptions. We will respond within the period required by applicable law.
Children
WealthPast is intended for a general audience and is not intentionally directed to children. Please do not submit sensitive information through the site. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact contact@wealthpast.com so that we can review and take appropriate action.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures appropriate to a small educational website to protect information against accidental loss, unauthorised access, misuse, or disclosure. No online service can guarantee absolute security. If we become aware of a material incident affecting personal information, we will assess and respond as required by applicable law.
Changes to this policy
